This Privacy Policy describes the collection, use and disclosure of personal data by Monsson Logistic as the main data controller. Monsson Logistic “we or “us” means the parent company, or any of its subsidiaries, joint ventures and affiliated companies in the Monsson Logistic, details of which can be found on the Monsson Logistic websites.

You can use this website without disclosing your identity. When you access our website, we may automatically (i.e., not by registration) collect non-personal data (e.g. type of Internet browser and operating system used, domain name of the website from which you came, number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed). This Privacy Policy concerns personal data we may collect during your use of the website such as an IP address.

If you contact us via forms, there will be detailed information about what data we collect and how your data is processed in connection to your registration. It may be information about name, postal address, email address, other contact information, etc.

Transfer of your personal data.

Monsson Logistic is a global business. Our customers and our operations are spread around the world. Where we transfer your personal data to another country outside the UE, we will ensure that it is protected and transferred in a manner consistent with legal requirements.  We automatically track how the content provided is used. This tracking allows us to gain a better understanding of potential areas for improvement so as to continually improve the relevance of and accessibility of the content we provide. One of the methods used is cookies.

The Monsson Logistic site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”) that contributes to analyzing the use of the site. For this purpose, Google Analytics uses “cookies,” which are text files placed on your computer.

Cookie-generated information on how the website is used – standard Internet logging information (including your IP address) and information about the visitor’s behavior in an anonymous form – is transmitted to Google and stored by this, including servers in the United States. Before being sent to Google, your IP address is anonymous.

According to its Privacy Shield certification, Google declares it respects the EU-US Privacy Shield framework. Google may transfer the information collected by Google Analytics to a third party when the law so requires or when that third party processes the information on Google’s behalf.

The Monsson Logistic website uses Facebook Pixel, a web analytics service provided by Facebook that helps analyze the use of the site. For this purpose, Facebook Pixel uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer.

Before being sent to Facebook, your IP address is anonymous.

According to its Privacy Shield certification, Facebook says it respects the EU-US Privacy Shield. Facebook may transfer the information collected by Facebook Pixel to a third party when the law so requires or when that third party processes the information on behalf of Facebook. Under the terms of use of Facebook Pixel, Facebook will not associate the IP address of users with any other Facebook-owned data.

You can control and / or delete cookies as you wish. You can delete all cookies that are already on your computer and you can configure most browsers to prevent them from being placed.

For how long will we store your personal data.

How long we will hold your personal data for will vary and will be determined by the following criteria: the purpose for which we are using it (as further described in this policy) – we will need to keep the data for as long as is necessary for that purpose; and legal obligations – laws or regulations may set a minimum period for which we have to keep your personal data.

Your rights.

You have the right to gain access to the data processed about you. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to rectify the data processed if relevant. Please note that Monsson Logistic may not always be obliged to comply with such a request.
